Hands-on tailoring and Aari work training equips women with employable skills, enabling them to start income-generating work through self-employment or placements.
WEEDS provides hands-on training in tailoring and Aari work to equip women with practical, employable skills. The organization runs three skill development centres in Mangadu, Padappai, and Hosur, where women receive structured training that enables them to pursue income-generating opportunities through self-employment, small businesses, or job placements, supporting their journey towards financial independence.
