Through the Health & Hygiene Kit Distribution initiative, WEEDS works closely with Scheduled Tribe communities to promote safe hygiene practices, with a special focus on women and adolescent girls. Drawing from our long-standing grassroots engagement and community health interventions, this project addresses preventable health risks by ensuring access to essential hygiene and sanitation materials.
 

Identified households receive hygiene kits along with practical awareness sessions on personal hygiene, menstrual health, and sanitation practices. By improving daily hygiene habits and reducing exposure to infections, the initiative supports healthier families, enhances dignity, and strengthens overall well-being. WEEDS’ presence across its intervention areas ensures that support reaches tribal habitations consistently, respectfully, and in a culturally sensitive manner.
