Empowering Organisations Through Robust PoSH Compliance & Awareness

The PoSH Act ensures a safe and respectful workplace for women by mandating the formation of Internal Committees (ICs) to prevent and address sexual harassment. WEEDS supports organizations in strengthening PoSH awareness, compliance, and gender-sensitive workplace practices. Our training programs help employees and Internal Committee members understand the Act, their responsibilities, and the proper procedures for handling complaints with sensitivity and confidentiality.

WEEDS also serves as an External IC Member for several organizations, guiding them in creating harassment-free, inclusive, and legally compliant work environments.
