Building Confidence, Leadership & Economic Independence. Empowering Women Through Collective Strength & Financial Literacy
This programme enhances women’s social and economic empowerment by forming strong Women Self-Help Groups (SHGs) of 12 members and equipping them with essential financial literacy skills. Through structured savings, credit practices, and seamless bank linkage, women gain greater control over their finances and create pathways toward long-term financial independence.
Beyond economic benefits, SHGs serve as a safe and supportive platform where women regularly discuss social, educational, health, and family-related issues. These participatory group sessions help women build confidence, share solutions, support each other, and collectively work towards improving their households and communities.
