Emotional & Mental Wellness

Mental health workshops, counseling, and life-skills training equip children with emotional resilience, self-awareness, and coping abilities.
This project focuses on strengthening the emotional and mental wellbeing of students in underserved suburban government schools specifically Irandamkattalai and Malayambakkam. Through structured guidance, counseling, and life-skills training, the initiative helps students manage stress, anxiety, and emotional challenges while building self-awareness, resilience, and healthy coping behaviours.
The program aims to cultivate a positive school environment by improving help-seeking behaviour, enhancing academic focus, reducing disciplinary issues, and fostering stronger peer and social connections ultimately empowering teenagers with the confidence and emotional stability they need to thrive.
